Job Description:

The Director of Marketing and Audience Development is responsible for leading, strategizing and implementation of all marketing and audience development initiatives for One Day University, ensuring that the existing core programs and new business initiatives are appropriately communicated and positioned in existing and new marketplaces. The position will be responsible for comprehensive communication of marketing and audience development information. This position will work with existing staff and external vendors to oversee the management of all platforms for marketing communications including social media and web.

Skills Required 

Three-five years in a marketing, audience development and/or event management roles, including creating and executing a comprehensive marketing and/or business development plans with measurable results.

• A desire to work in a fast-paced, environment managing multiple highly detailed projects, set priorities and meet deadlines
• A results-oriented, big picture thinker with a documented track record in marketing, interactive and digital media leadership.
• Excellent organization, time management, and follow-up skills
• Demonstrated writing and editing skills, including the ability to create compelling business presentations
• Experience with web and social media platforms
• Ability to think creatively and develop innovative approaches and communications strategies
• Excellent interpersonal and communications skills and a sense of humor
